These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fajela KG Tracker and associated tools available at app.fajela.com (the "Service"), operated by Fajela ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in England and Wales.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Fajela KG Tracker is a software-as-a-service tool that allows users to search the Google Knowledge Graph, track entities, monitor changes over time, and visualise score trends. The Service is provided on a free tier and a paid Pro tier as described on the Pricing page.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
The Free tier currently allows tracking of up to 2 entities with manual checks at no charge. The Pro tier, available for $5 per month, adds automatic daily checks for up to 10 entities. Free tier availability, limits, and features are not guaranteed and may be changed or withdrawn at any time with reasonable notice.
Features of each tier are described on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Billing for the Pro tier is handled by Paddle, who act as merchant of record. By subscribing to the Pro tier you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

We reserve the right to suspend access to accounts found in violation of these terms without prior notice.
The Service, its design, code, and content are owned by Fajela. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your tracking data or entity lists.
Entity data displayed in the Service is sourced from the Google Knowledge Graph API and is subject to Google's terms of service.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant planned downtime.
The Service depends on the Google Knowledge Graph API. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in data returned by that API or for any unavailability caused by third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fajela is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
