KG Tracker Pro is a digital service that begins immediately upon payment. By subscribing, you explicitly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This waiver is confirmed at checkout.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers in the UK normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital service subscriptions. However, where a consumer expressly requests that a digital service begin immediately and acknowledges that this waives their cancellation right, that right is lost once the service has commenced.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm: "I agree to immediate access to KG Tracker Pro and understand that by starting the service now I waive my 14-day right to cancel." By ticking this box and completing your purchase, no refund is owed for change of mind.
If the Service fails to function as described due to a fault on our side — for example, automatic daily checks did not run for a sustained period — you are entitled to a full or partial refund for the affected period. Email seo@fajela.com with details and we will assess promptly.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not constitute a refund request.
The Free tier is free of charge. There is nothing to refund.
Where a refund is due, it is processed by Paddle, who handle all payments as merchant of record. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
