Questions
What does "automatic daily check" mean?
Every morning the system re-fetches your tracked entities from the Google Knowledge Graph API and records any changes in name, description, types, or score. You don't need to open the tracker — it happens in the background and the data is there when you log in.
Can I track more than 10 entities on Pro?
On the Free plan you can track up to 2 entities. Pro gives you unlimited entities tracked, with automatic daily checks on up to 10 of them. You choose which 10 get auto-checked.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account stays free. All your tracked entities and history remain. Automatic checks stop at the end of your billing period. Nothing is deleted.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. They handle VAT collection and remittance. Your payment details are never stored on Fajela servers.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Monthly only for now.
